Judgment This Day, November 17, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes on upon review of the Court. The United
States Postal Service has returned the regular mail summons
(and the assignment notice) for the Small Claims hearing in
this case marked “__NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED___”.
Therefore it appears that there was no service of summons prior
to the hearing before the Magistrate. Therefore the Court
vacates the Judgment Entry filed on 11/13/2025__ adopting
the Magistrate’s decision. Because of the failure of summons,
this matter shall be continued for service and scheduled for a
