This matter came on for consideration this day 03/10/2026. The defendant appeared in open court and was advised of the charge, penalty, available pleas, and legal rights. JUDGMENT ENTRY DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE
This matter came on this 8 day of March, 2026, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of OVI (M-1) 4511.19(A)(1)(a)(d) Marked Lanes (MM) 4511.33, a violation of Ohio Revised Code. Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense(s) specified. It is therefore ORDERED that said defendant be brought to the Court for arraignment at the earliest available opportunity.
It is further ORDERED that Bond be set as follows: Cash, Surety or Property Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 10% Cash NOT allowed
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE:
NO operation of any motor vehicles during the pendency of the case.
NO consumption/possession of any alcohol and/or drugs of abuse during the pendency of the case. The defendant is subject to random testing by the Court to verify compliance while the case is pending.
