1/27/2026 This matter came on for consideration this day 01/27/2026. The defendant appeared in open court and was advised of the charge, penalty, available pleas, and legal rights. The Defendant requested a continuance to seek the advice of counsel. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this case be continued to 02/10/2026 at 08:30 AM so the Defendant may consult with an attorney. with the conditions of Pretrial Supervision - Report to the Probation department immediately.
