ALL LOG BOOKS AND OTHER RECORDS RELATING TO RADIO TRANSMISSIONS AND/OR TELEPHONE CALLED MADE TO OR FROM ANY POLICE OFFICERS; AND 6. ALL FIELD NOTES OF THE ARRESTING OFFICER. This matter came on for consideration this day 10/07/2026. The defendant appeared in open court and was advised of the charge, penalty, available pleas, and legal rights. The Defendant suggested indigency and requested the appointment of counsel.
