This matter comes on the Court's own Motion. The Court has been notified that the defendant was picked up on a bench warrant that was issued on 08/19/2026 for failing to appear at a PRETRIALhearing. The Public Defender's Office filed a Notice of Representation on behalf of the defendant on 08/13/2026. Due to a clerical error the paperwork was not printed or docketed assigning the attorney to the case. As such, the Court hereby orders that the defendant be released from custody and the matter be set for a PRETRIAL.
