Judgment This Day, May 06, 2026 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that THE DEFENDANT APPEARED BEFORE THE COURT TODAY FOR AN ARRAINGMENT. THE COURT CONDUCTED THE ARRAIGNMENT AND CONTINUED THE MATTER FOR TWO WEEKS FOR THE DEFENDANT TO SEEK LEGAL ASSISTANCE; THE COURT ATTEMPTED TO RELEASE THE DEFENDANT ON HER OWN RECOGNIZANCE; HOWEVER THE DEFENDANT REFUSED TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK. THE O.R. BOND AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILING TO SIGN IT WAS EXPLAINED TO HER BY COURT STAFF. THE DEFENDANT STILL REFUSED AND WAS BROUGHT BACK BEFORE THE COURT. THE COURT EXPLAINED THE O.R. BOND AND CONSEQUENCES AGAIN. THE DEFENDANT AGAIN ADVISED SHE WOULD NOT SIGN THE PAPERWORK. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT THE DEFENDANT SHALL BE REMANDED TO THE HANCOCK COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER.
