PROBABLE CAUSE-
THIS MATTER CAME ON THIS 13TH__ DAY OF FEBRUARY 2026 FOR A DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE CONCERNING THE ARREST OF THE DEFENDANT FOR A CHARGE OF _WEAPONS UNDER DISABILITY F3 2923.13; IMPROPER HANDLING OF FIREARM (M1) 2923.16 ______ A VIOLATION OF OHIO REVISED CODE/ UPON CONSIDERATION OF THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE THE COURT FINDS THAT THERE EXISTS PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELIEVE THAT SAID DEFENDANT COMMITTED THE OFFENSES SPECIFIED.
