Judgment This Day, December 18, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court for a Pre-Trial with the Court. Prosecutor Vajskop appeared on behalf of the State of Ohio and Defendant appeared with Attorney Crossmock. The parties were unable to reach a resolution and Attorney Crossmock requested that the case be set for Jury Trial. Set for a Final Pre-Trial with the Court on February 10, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. and Jury Trial on February 26, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Based upon a review of the record and that this matter is scheduled for a Jury Trial, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. Both parties shall file with the Court any proposed instructions for the Jury on or before the date of the Final Pre-Trial with the Court. Each party shall include specific references to all relevant portions of the Ohio Jury Instructions (OJI) and, if not included in OJI, specific references to relevant case law supporting the requested instruction(s). Additionally, counsel shall provide the Court with electronic media containing the proposed instructions in a format compatible with Microsoft Word. The media shall be delivered to room 208 of Findlay Municipal Court.

This Day, July 23, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Joseph Moya, was arrested for an OVI on 7/17/25 and as a condition of bond he was ordered to appear for Pre-Trial Supervision the next business day after being released from jail. Due to some confusion with the bond officer about reporting for Pre-trial versus his arraignment, the defendant didn't appear. The defendant lives alone in the Columbus area and his vehicle is still impounded. As a result, he has no transportation to Findlay. It is recommended that the order for Pre-Trial supervision be terminated at this time. The request is well taken. JUDGMENT ENTRY – DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE
This matter came on this 18TH day of July, 2025, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of OVI (M-1) 4511.19(A)(1)(a) & OVI (M-1) 4511.19(A)(2), a violation of Ohio Revised Code Findlay City Ordinance. Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense(s) specified.
It is therefore ORDERED that said defendant be brought to the Court for arraignment at the earliest available opportunity.
It is further ORDERED that Bond be set as follows:
