Judgment This Day, November 13, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court for a Notice of Ignition Interlock Violation. The Defendant was previously granted driving privileges as a result of the Defendant's conviction for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence. Pursuant to the sentencing Order of this Court, the Defendant is only permitted to operate a motor vehicle that is equipped with an ignition interlock system. The Court has received a Non-Compliance Report, with attached interlock report, showing that the Defendant has violated the terms of the driving privileges in that the Defendant has attempted to operate the motor vehicle after having consumed alcohol. It is therefore ORDERED that the Defendant's driving privileges are immediately terminated and the Clerk of Courts shall immediately notify the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the termination of the privileges. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Courts shall serve a copy of the Non-Compliance Report, with attached interlock report, upon the defendant and counsel for the Defendant. The defendant is ordered to pay all costs of confinement in a jail or other residential facility pursuant to ORC 2929.28, including but not limited to, a per diem fee for room and board in the jail of up to $98.00 per day, and any other costs provided by statute.
4) Defendant shall obtain an ALCOHOL/SUBSTANCE ABUSE evaluation from a state certified counselor within 30 days, and pursue any recommended course of treatment, and shall further be required to notify this Court every 30 days of his progress
5) The Defendant shall immediately report to the Clerk of Court to be scheduled for fingerprinting in compliance with ORC 109.60. The Defendant shall be fingerprinted within 24 hours of this Order.
6) No 6 point violations and/or DUS offenses for 2 Year(s).
7) Defendant shall attend Victims Impact Panel program at the next regularly scheduled date for which he/she will receive 2 Day(s) jail credit. |
