THE COURT FINDS THAT THE DEFENDANT APPEARED WITH HIS ATTORNEY, PAUL MAEKASK. THE COURT FURTHER FINDS THAT PROSECUTOR, SEAN ABBOTT WAS PRESENT REPRESENTING THE STATE OF OHIO. THE COURT FINDS THAT IN AUGUST 2025 THE STATE OF OHIO CONTACTED THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA TO START THE PROCESS OF PROCURING A GOVERNOR'S WARRANT. ATTORNEY ABBOTT REPRESENTED TO THE COURT THAT VIRGINIA HAS NOT OBTAINED A GOVERNOR'S WARRANT. THE COURT FINDS THAT 89 DAYS HAS ELAPSED SINCE DEFENDANT'S ARREST. THE COURT FINDS THAT THE STATE MOVED FOR THE COURT TO SET A NEW BOND TO RESTART THE 60 DAYS. IT IS THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MAGISTRATE FOR THE COURT TO DENY STATE'S MOTION TO SET A NEW BOND.
