JUDGMENT ENTRY – DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE
This matter came on this 12 day of DECEMBER, 2025, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (M-4) 2919.25(C), a violation of Ohio Revised Code Findlay City Ordinance. Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense(s) specified.
It is therefore ORDERED that said defendant be brought to the Court for arraignment at the earliest available opportunity.
It is further ORDERED that Bond be set as follows:
Cash, Surety or Property Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 10% Cash NOT allowed

Judgment This Day, December 16, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court upon the Defendant's demand for a Jury Trial and request for a telephone pretrial filed on December 16, 2025. Defendant specifically did not waive his right to have a trial within the time provided by law. As such, the matter shall be set for a Final Pretrial with the Court on December 30, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. and a Jury Trial on January 15, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Defendant's request for a telephone pretrial is denied. Counsel and parties are required to attend the Final Pretrial with the Court.
Based upon a review of the record and that this matter is scheduled for a Jury Trial, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. Both parties shall file with the Court any proposed instructions for the Jury on or before the date of the Final Pre-Trial with the Court. Each party shall include specific references to all relevant portions of the Ohio Jury Instructions (OJI) and, if not included in OJI, specific references to relevant case law supporting the requested instruction(s). Additionally, counsel shall provide the Court with electronic media containing the proposed instructions in a format compatible with Microsoft Word. The media shall be delivered to room 208 of Findlay Municipal Court.
2. There will be one (1) Alternate Juror for the Jury trial.
3. All pre-trial motions shall be filed not later than 7 days before the scheduled Jury Trial date.
4. Any party intending to present digital exhibits shall confer with a Judicial Assistant no later than 7 days before the schedule Jury Trial date to verify that the format and medium being presented is compatible and safe to use with the system provided by the Court.
5. The Clerk of Courts shall cause a copy of this Entry to be served upon the parties or their counsel of record.
