This Day, September 10, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that The defendant was ordered to not have contact with the victim in this case or her residence as a condition of bond. The pre-trial supervision officer has notified the court that the victim has continued to live with the defendant since this incident occurred and the victim requests the bond condition be lifted allowing contact with the defendant and to allow him at her residence. Therefore, the bond condition shall be lifted at the request of the victim allowing the defendant contact with the victim and to return to her residence while the case is pending.
