THIS MATTER COMES BEFORE THIS COURT ON THE ISSUE OF JOINT CONSENT ENTRY FILED BY PROSECUTION AND DEFENSE TO RELEASE THE DEFENDANT ON AN OWN RECOGNIZANCE BOND.
