This case came on for a hearing on July 23, 2025 and the Defendant failed to appear. As a result of Defendant's failure to appear in this cause, it is hereby ORDERED that a Bench Warrant issue for his arrest with bond set at $1,000.00 cash or surety. It is further ORDERED that the surety bond of $2,000.00 posted by Soke Bail Bonds (Power #AD25-045372), be declared forfeited as a result of the Defendant's failure to appear. It is further ORDERED that notice of said forfeiture be served upon said Surety via ordinary mail, and that a show cause hearing as to why judgment should not be entered is to be set on September 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM. If the surety produces said Defendant or pays the cash bond by cashier’s check or money order prior the hearing then the hearing will be vacated.
