Judgment This Day, June 25, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that THIS MATTER CAME BEFORE THE COURT TODAY AFTER THE DEFENDANT WAS ARRESTED ON AN ALLEGED COMPLAINT OF FALSIFICATION. THE DEFENDANT WAS SCHEDULED TO BE ARRAIGNED BY VIDEO ARRANGEMENT THROUGH THE HANCOCK COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER. HOWEVER, PRIOR TO GOING ON THE RECORD THE JUSTICE CENTER INFORMED THE COURT THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS REFUSING TO LEAVE HIS CELL. THE COURT CALLED THE CASE AND THE DEFENDANT DID NOT APPEAR.
