This Day, March 10, 2026 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Simona Rowe, was placed on Pre-Trial Supervision on 2/2/26 with the order that he comply with the civil protection order in case #2025-DV-6 out of Hancock County Common Pleas Court. The civil protection order expired on 1/31/26. With the civil protection order being terminated, it is recommended that the Pre-Trial Supervision be terminated as that was the only order for supervision.
