Judgment This Day, June 10, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that THIS MATTER COMES BEFORE THE COURT TODAY FOR A HEARING ON THE PROSECUTORS MOTION TO CITE THE DEFENDANT WITH CONTEMPT FOR FAILING TO ABATE THE NUISANCE AS ORDERED. THE DEFENDANT APPEARED BEFORE THE COURT TODAY WITHOUT COUNSEL. THE PROSECUTOR MET WITH THE DEFENDANT AND ADVISED THAT THE NUISANCE HAS NOT YET BEEN ABATED. THE COURT THEFORE CITED THE DEFENDANT WITH CONTEMPT AND ADVISED THE NATURE OF THE NATURE OF THE CONTEMPT, THE POSSIBLE PENALTIES, HER RIGHT TO PURGE THE CONTEMPT AND HER RIGHT TO COUNSEL. THE DEFENDANT ADVISED SHE DID NOT WISH TO SPEAK WITH COUNSEL AT THIS TIME AND ADMITTED TO BE IN CONTEMPT. THE COURT FINDS THAT ADMISSION WAS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY ENTERED. THE COURT HEREBY FINDS THE DEFENDANT TO BE IN CONTEMPT AND ISSUES A FINE OF $150.00. THE DEFENDANT WILL WAIVE THE FINE IF THE DEFENDANT PURGES THE CONTEMPT BY JULY 25, 2025. IF THE NUISANCE IS NOT ABATED BY JULY 25, 2025 THE DEFENDANT WILL OWE THE FINE, ADDITIONALLY THE CITY OF FINDLAY WILL BE AUTHORIZED AT THAT TIME TO ENTER THE PROPERTY AND ABATE THE NUISANCE AS IT SEES FIT AND ASSESS THE COSTS TO THE DEFENDANT BY ANY CIVIL MEANS AVAILABLE TO IT.
