JUDGMENT ENTRY – DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE
This matter came on this 23 day of MARCH, 2025, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS (M2), 525.07 (A ) AND RESISTING ARREST (M2) 425.09 (A) , a violation of Ohio Revised Code Findlay City Ordinance. Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense(s) specified.
It is therefore ORDERED that said defendant be brought to the Court for arraignment at the earliest available opportunity.
Cash, Surety or Property Bond in the amount of $ 10% Cash NOT allowed
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE:
