Judgment This Day, March 16, 2026 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court as a result of the Defendant having been previously granted driving privileges while this matter was pending. Pursuant to the prior Order of this Court, the Defendant is only permitted to operate a motor vehicle that has both restricted license plates and that is equipped with an ignition interlock system. The Court has now received a Non-Compliance Report, with attached interlock report, showing that the Defendant has violated the terms of her driving privileges in that she has attempted to operate the motor vehicle after having consumed alcohol.
