The defendant is currently incarcerated at the Hancock County Jail reference a warrant in this case. Whereas, Defendant Prine was initially charged by the City of Findlay Police Department, and to reduce the inmate population within the Hancock County Justice Center, the Hancock County Jail shall discharge Defendant Prine into the custody of this Court's Probation Department on June 6, 2025 at 0930 hours. This Court's Probation Department shall then have Defendant Prine transported to CCNO to serve the remaining 145 days in this case.
