JUDGMENT ENTRY – DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE
This matter came on this 29 day of DECEMBER, 2024, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS (M2) 525.07, a violation of Findlay City Ordinance. Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense(s) specified.
