As a result of Defendant's failure to appear in this cause, it is hereby ORDERED that a Bench Warrant issue for his arrest with bond set at $2,500.00 cash or surety. It is further ORDERED that the surety bond of $1,500.00 posted by Soke Bail Bonds (Power #AA25-918425), be declared forfeited as a result of the Defendant's failure to appear.
