ORDER
UPON MOTION OF THE DEFENDANT, IT SHALL BE THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY PRESERVE THE FOLLOWING EVIDENCE PERTAINING TO THIS MATTER:
1) ALL VIDEO TAPE RECORDINGS MADE OF THE DEFENDANT PRIOR TO, AT THE TIME OF, OR SUBSEQUENT TO HIS/HER ARREST;
2. ALL AUDIO TAPE RECORDINGS MADE OF THE DEFENDANT PRIOR TO, AT THE TIME OF, OR SEBSEQUENT TO HIS/HER ARREST,
3. ALL TAPE RECORDINGS OF RADIO TRANSMISSIONS, MADE TO OR FROM ANY POLICE OFFICERS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MOBILE AND HAND HELD RADIO TRANSMISSIONS;
4. ALL TAPE RECORNDINGS OF TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS MADE BY THE DEFENDANT AT THE TIME OF, OR SUBSEQUENT TO HIS/HER ARREST WHILE DEFENDANT WAS IN CUSTODY
5. ALL LOG BOOKS AND OTHER RECORDS RELATING TO RADIO TRANSMISSION AND/OR TELEPHONE CALLED MADE TO OR FROM ANY POLICE OFFICERS; AND
6. ALL FIELD NOTES OF THE ARRESTING OFFICER.

This matter came on for consideration this day 10/30/2024. The defendant appeared in open court and was advised of the charge, penalty, available pleas, and legal rights. The Defendant suggested indigency and requested the appointment of counsel. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this case be continued until 11/13/2024 at 10:00 AM and that the Defendant shall contact the Hancock County Public Defender's Office, 100 E Main Cross St Ste 200, Findlay, Ohio at (419) 424-7276 If the Hancock County Public Defender declines to represent the Defendant or if the Defendant failed to contact the Hancock County Public Defender before 11/13/2024 the Defendant is ORDERED to reappear for arraignment on the date listed above. It is further ordered that the delay be charged against the Defendant pursuant to Revised Code 2945.72(C).It is further ordered that the defendant be released upon signing/posting of OR BOND , and further upon the condition(s) as stated on the bond.The Defendant is ordered to remain away from the alleged victim, the victim's place of employment, or any other place the alleged victim may be found, during the pendency of this action.The Defendant shall immediately report to the Clerk of Court to be scheduled for fingerprinting in compliance with ORC 109.60. The Defendant shall be fingerprinted within 24 hours of this Order. NO CONTACT AND STAY AWAY FROM ALL WALMART STORES |
