This Day, March 06, 2025 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Jeffrey Davis, is currently incarcerated in the Hancock County Justice Center for a 10 day commitment. In an attempt to keep from overcrowding at the Justice Center it is recommended that the defendant be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio for their remaining 8 days. The request is well taken. Defendant is ordered to be released from the Hancock County Justice Center to Municipal Court employee at 0930 hrs on 3/6/25 and immediately incarcerated at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
