This Day, October 02, 2024 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Daniel Gonzalez, is currently incarcerated in the Hancock County Justice Center for a 9 day commitment. In an attempt to keep from overcrowding at the Justice Center it is recommended that the defendant be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio for their remaining 8 days. The request is well taken.
