THE COURT FINDS DEFENDANT'S ARGUMENT WITHOUT MERIT.
THE OHIO THIRD DISTRICT COURT OF APPEALS AND SEVERAL OTHER COURTS IN THE STATE OF OHIO HAS HELD THAT OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE IS A PRIVILEGE AND NOT A FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT. STATE V.
