This Day, November 14, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Michael Brann, is currently incarcerated in the Hancock County Justice Center for a 10 day warrant for non-compliance with community service. In an attempt to keep from overcrowding at the Justice Center it is recommended that the defendant be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio for his remaining 6 days. The request is well taken. Defendant is ordered to be released from the Hancock County Justice Center to Municipal Court employee at 0910 hrs on 11/14/23 and immediately incarcerated at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
