This Day, May 09, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that The defendant is currently incarcerated at the Hancock County Jail reference a commitment in this case. Whereas, Defendant Cantrell was initially charged by the City of Findlay Police Department, and to reduce the inmate population within the Hancock County Justice Center, the Hancock County Jail shall discharge Defendant Cantrell into the custody of this Court's Probation Department on May 9, 2023 @ 0930 hours. This Court's Probation Department shall then have Defendant Cantrell transported to CCNO to serve the 5 remaining jail days ordered in 23CRB00565A and the 10 days remaining in 23CRB00565B. JUDGMENT ENTRY – DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE
This matter came on this 7 day of May, 2023, for a determination of probable cause concerning the arrest of the Defendant for a charge of Resist Arrest (M-2) 525.09; Obst. Official Business (M-2) 525.07; Posses Drug Paraphernalia (M-4) 513.12, a violation of Findlay City Ordinance. Upon consideration of the available evidence, the Court finds that there exists probable cause to believe that said Defendant committed the offense(s) specified.
It is therefore ORDERED that said defendant be brought to the Court for arraignment at the earliest available opportunity.
It is further ORDERED that Bond be set as follows: Cash, Surety or Property Bond in the amount of $1,500.00 10% Cash NOT allowed
CONDITIONS OF RELEASE:
NO consumption/possession of any alcohol and/or drugs of abuse during the pendency of the case. The defendant is subject to random testing by the Court to verify compliance while the case is pending.
