CONSENT JUDGEMENT ENTRY
THIS MATTER CAME TO BE HEARD AT PRE-TRIAL. BASED ON PRE-TRIAL NEGOTIATIONS, THE DEFENDANT HEREBY WAIVES HIS/HER NOT GUILTY PLEA AND ENTERS A PLEA OF GUILTY TO THE AMENDED ALLEGATIONS IN THE COMPLAINT OR CITATION. STATE OF OHIO MOVES TO AMEND THE ORIGINAL DUE TO EVIDENTIARY CONSIDERATIONS AND THE AMENDED CHARGE BEING A BETTER REPRESENTATION OF THE EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE ON THE DATE OF THE INCIDENT. STATE REPRESENTS IT HAS COMPLIED WITH ALL ASPECTS AND DUTIES PURSUANT TO MARCY'S LAW DURING THE PROSECUTION OF THIS CASE. THE DEFNDANT HEREBY WAIVES HIS/HER RIGHT TO COUNSEL, RIGHT TO JURY TRAIL OR COURT TRIAL, RIGHT TO CONFRONT AND SUBPOENA WITNESSES AND RIGHT TO HAVE THE PLAINTIFF PROVE HIS/HER GUILT BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.
