JUDGMENT ENTRY- DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE-
THIS MATTER CAME ON THIS 23RD DAY OF APRIL, 2023 FOR A DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE CONCERNING THE ARREST OF THE DEFENDANT FOR A CHARGE OF FALSIFICATION (M-1) 525.02(A)(3) & FAILURE TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION (M-4) 525.17(A). A VIOLATION OF FINDLAY CODIFIED ORDINANCE. UPON CONSIDERATION OF THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE THE COURT FINDS THAT THERE EXISTS PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELIEVE THAT SAID DEFENDANT COMMITTED THE OFFENSES SPECIFIED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT SAID DEFENDANT BE BROUGHT TO THE COURT FOR ARRAIGNEMNT AT THE EARLIEST AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY.

This Day, April 24, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Danile Latora, is currently incarcerated in the Hancock County Justice Center for a 13 day commitment. In an attempt to keep from overcrowding at the Justice Center it is recommended that the defendant be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio to serve his remaining 12 days. The request is well taken. Defendant is ordered to be released from the Hancock County Justice Center to Municipal Court employee at 0930 hrs on 4/25/23 and immediately incarcerated at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
