This Day, January 06, 2026 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that THIS MATTER CAME BEFORE THE COURT TODAY FOR A PRE-TRIAL WITH THE COURT. PROSECUTOR WERTH WAS PRESENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FINDLAY. THE DEFENDANT APPEARED WITHOUT COUNSEL. DEFENDANT ADVISED HE IS STILL TRYING TO OBTAIN COUNSEL BUT IS HAVING A HARD TIME AFFORDING ONE. THE DEFENDANT IS GOING TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE TO SEE IF HE QUALIFIES FOR THEIR REPRESENTATION. THE PROSECUTOR ADVISED AN OFFER HAS BEEN MADE BUT HAS BEEN REJECTED BY THE DEFENDANT AT THIS TIME.
