This Day, December 27, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that On 12-23-2023, the defendant was released on a medical furlough at the request of medical staff at CCNO. The defendant was ordered to report to the Court on the next business day, 12/27/2023, by 9:00am after her release from the hospital, but failed to do so. The Probation Department located her on 12/27/2023. Due to the defendant needing follow-up care locally, the defendant shall be discharged from CCNO as of 12-23-2023, and incarcerated at the Hancock County Justice Center today pending her revocation hearing.
