11/27/2023 This Day, November 27, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. On 10/18/23 the defendant, Laron Trice was ordered to comply with terms of community control in Hancock County Common Pleas Court case #23-CR-163. Probation Officer Victoria Edwards advised that the defendant stopped reporting for HCCP probation and the defendant was incarcerated for the violation. The defendant is in violation with this Court's order and it is recommended that the defendant serve the 50 suspended jail days. The request is well taken.
