8/1/2023 This Day, August 01, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of its own motion. Defendant Nicholas J. Starkey was placed on probation January 12, 2023 as a condition of his sentencing. Due to felony matters in other Courts, the Defendant has remained incarcerated in another jurisdiction since his sentencing date. As a result of this, the Court will modify the Defendant's sentence and the condition of Probation will be terminated as successful. All other conditions of sentencing shall remain. Be it so ordered.
