This Day, May 09, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Andrew Feasel, is currently incarcerated in the Hancock County Justice Center on a 15 day commitment on the A case and a 10 day commitment in the B case for a total of 25 days. In an attempt to keep from overcrowding at the Justice Center it is recommended that the defendant be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio to serve his remaining 21 unserved days. The request is well taken. Defendant is ordered to be released from the Hancock County Justice Center to Municipal Court employee at 0930 hrs on 5/9/23/23 and immediately incarcerated at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
