This Day, January 09, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Zackery Mullins, is currently incarcerated in the Hancock County Justice Center for 25 days for failing to complete community service. Due to population concerns at the Justice Center it is recommended that Mullens be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio pending his bond hearing. The request is well taken. Defendant Mullens is ordered to be released from the Hancock County Justice Center to Municipal Court employee at 0930 hrs on 1/9/23 and immediately incarcerated at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio pending his future hearings.
