This Day, October 11, 2022 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Claflin. The defendant, Deacon Titus, is currently incarcerated for 10 days in the Hancock County Justice Center for a Domestic Violence complaint. Due to population concerns at the Justice Center it is recommended that Titus be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio for his remaining 9 days. The request is well taken.
