The defendant, Jayson Burris, is currently incarcerated in the Hancock County Justice Center for a 180 day commitment. In an attempt to keep from overcrowding at the Justice Center it is recommended that the defendant be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio to serve his remaining 179 days. The request is well taken.
