The defendant is currently incarcerated at the Hancock County Jail reference a warrant in this case. Whereas, Defendant Ball was initially charged by the City of Findlay Police Department, and to reduce the inmate population within the Hancock County Justice Center, the Hancock County Jail shall discharge Defendant Ball into the custody of this Court's Probation Department on May 5, 2023 @ 0900 hours. This Court's Probation Department shall then have Defendant Ball transported to CCNO to await a hearing or the posting of bond in this case.
