Whereas, Defendant Courtney was initially charged by the City of Findlay Police Department, and to reduce the inmate population within the Hancock County Justice Center, the Hancock County Jail shall discharge Defendant Courtney into the custody of this Court's Probation Department on January 24, 2023 @ 0930 hours.
