It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that The defendant is currently incarcerated at the Hancock County Jail reference a warrant in this case. Whereas, Defendant Plank was initially charged by the City of Findlay Police Department, and to reduce the inmate population within the Hancock County Justice Center, the Hancock County Jail shall discharge Defendant Plank into the custody of this Court's Probation Department on April 3, 2023 @ 0900 hours.
