This Day, June 22, 2022 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Glick. He notifies the Court, Defendant Brooke E. Hardin is currently incarcerated at the Putnam County Justice Center on a pending probation violation. He recommends the revocation hearing scheduled for 6/22/2022 at 11:00am be continued for a period of 90 days. Furthermore, he recommends the defendant be released at 12:00pm on June 22, 2022. She shall report to the probation department no later than 9:00am on 6/23/2022. This recommendation is well taken. Therefore, the revocation hearing scheduled for 6/22/2022 at 11:00 am shall be vacated to allow the probation department to continue to monitor the defendants progress. The defendant shall be released from the custody of the Putnam County Justice Center at 12:00pm on 6/22/2022.
