This Day, March 02, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Glick. He notifies the Court, Defendant Dylan N. Campbell is currently incarcerated at CCNO, pending a Revocation hearing. He recommends the Defendant be released from CCNO, directly to the Probation department on March 3, 2023 at 9:00am. He further recommends the Revocation hearing scheduled for March 15, 2023 at 3:30pm be continued approximately 60 days, to allow the Defendant to come back in compliance with the terms of his Probation. The Recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court the Defendant shall be released from CCNO, directly to the Probation department on March 3, 2023 at 9:00am. Whereas, Defendant Campbell was initially charged by the City of Findlay Police Department, and to reduce the inmate population within the Hancock County Justice Center, the Hancock County Jail shall discharge Defendant Campbell into the custody of this Court's Probation Department on February 13, 2023 @ 0930 hours.
