This Day, April 03, 2023 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Powell. The defendant, Christopher J. Moss, is currently incarcerated in the Hancock County Justice Center for a charge of Possess Drug Instruments. In an attempt to keep from overcrowding at the Justice Center it is recommended that the defendant be transferred from the Justice Center to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio until his next hearing or until his bond is posted. The request is well taken. Defendant is ordered to be released from the Hancock County Justice Center to Municipal Court employee at 0900 hrs on 4/3/23 and immediately incarcerated at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. As a result of Defendant's failure to appear in this cause, it is hereby ORDERED that a Bench Warrant issue for his arrest over a new cash or surety bond totaling $1,000.00 for the above referenced case.
It is further ORDERED that the surety bond of $750.00 posted by Family First Bonding (Power #AS1K-550530), be declared forfeited as a result of the Defendant's failure to appear.

PROBABLE CAUSE-
THIS MATTER CAME ON THIS 20 DAY OF JUNE 2021 FOR A DETERMINATION OF PROBABLE CAUSE CONCERNING THE ARREST OF THE DEFENDANT FOR A CHARGE OF POSSESS DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENT M2 513.04 A VIOLATION FINDLAY CITY ORDINANCE. UPON CONSIDERATION OF THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE THE COURT FINDS THAT THERE EXISTS PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELIEVE THAT SAID DEFENDANT COMMITTED THE OFFENSES SPECIFIED.
