It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 19th day of May, 2020 for Arraignment. The defendant failed to appear. Upon a review of the docket in this case, the Court notes the defendant was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident, a first degree misdemeanor. He was given a summons to personally appear for arraignment on April 21, 2020. The defendant failed to appear and the matter was continued until May 5, 2020. The defendant again failed to appear and the matter was continued until today. The defendant has now failed to appear on three separate occasions. As a result of the defendant's repeated failures to appear, the Court directs that a warrant be issued for the defendant's arrest over a cash or surety bond in the amount of $1,000.00.
