Journal This Day, October 15, 2020 This matter came on for hearing. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 14th day of October, 2020 for a hearing on a bench warrant. The defendant failed to appear. Upon a review of the docket in this case, the Court notes a bench warrant was previously issued and served on the defendant. Pursuant to the Court's Temporary Orders to Law Enforcement Regarding the Service of Bench Warrants during the public health emergency, the defendant was not taken into custody. Rather, the arresting officer issued a summons to appear on October 14, 2020. The defendant personally signed the summons indicating he was aware of the date and time for his hearing. Accordingly, the Court orders a bench warrant be issued once again. This matter is continued until the defendant's apprehension.
