It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 28th day of October, 2020 for a change of plea hearing. The State of Ohio was represented by Assistant Law Director, Marshall W. Finelli. The defendant was present with his retained counsel, W. Alex Smith. The Court was advised the defendant was not desirous of entering a change of plea and requested the matter be scheduled for jury trial.
