Journal This Day, January 20, 2021 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter came before the Court the 20th day of January, 2021 for a pre-trial conference with the Court. The City of Findlay was represented by Assistant Law Director, Marshall W. Finelli. The defendant was represented by attorney Alex Treece. The Court and counsel met in chambers and discussed the defendant's cases and his current placement at Crosswaeh C.B.C.F. in Tiffin, Ohio as part of his felony probation. The defendant is anticipated to remain in the program until late April, 2021. The parties advised a resolution of the case had been reached. The matter is to be scheduled for a change of plea hearing. Counsel for the defendant will contact the treatment facility and advise on the ability of the defendant to obtain a temporary release in order to facilitate scheduling the hearing. Speedy trial time is tolled pursuant to R.C. 2945.72(E).
