This Day, January 20, 2021 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Huber. The defendant, Larry R. Hopson Jr, is currently incarcerated at the Hancock County Justice Center on a probation violation. Larry has a medical appointment on 1/21/2021 at 5:45pm for numerous medical issues. He also has a revocation hearing on 1/20/2021 at 2:30pm. The probation department recommends releasing the defendant from the Hancock County Justice Center at 5:00pm on 1/20/2021 and postponing the revocation hearing for a period of 4 weeks. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court the Defendant be released from the Hancock County Justice Center on 1/20/2021 at 5:00pm in order to attend his medical appointment on 1/21/2021.
