6/23/2022 This Day, June 23, 2022 This matter came on for consideration. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Griffith. She informs the Court that the defendant, Alyssa Neal, has been accepted into the Surest Path Recovery Program. She recommends defendant Neal be transported back to the Findlay Municipal Court on the CCNO morning bus on 6/24/22 at approximately 9:30am and released to probation staff. Probation staff will then transport defendant Neal to the treatment facility to ensure her arrival. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of that Court that defendant Neal be released from CCNO on 6/24/22 to be transported on the morning bus to the Court and released to the custody of probation staff. Probation shall transport defendant Neal to the treatment facility. Successful completion of the treatment facility shall be an added condition of probation and the defendant must sign all necessary releases of information to ensure the facility is updating the Court on the defendant's progress in treatment as well as her departure, successful or unsuccessful, from the program. It is the order, judgment and decree of this court that This matter comes before the Court by way of Probation Officer Griffith. She informs the Court the defendant, Alyssa Neal, has agreed to enter an in-patient substance abuse recovery program. She recommends the hearing for today be continued approximately 60 days to allow the defendant to enter into and show compliance with this program. The recommendation is well taken. Therefore, it is the order of the Court that the hearing scheduled for today shall be continued approximately 60 days. The defendant shall remain incarcerated reference the pending probation violation until she is able to be transported to an in-patient treatment program as coordinated by the probation department. Successful completion of this program shall be an added condition of probation as well as any follow-up recommended treatment.
